The Order Process
Having completed the order process we will email you, acknowledging the details of the products chosen and the associated product and shipping costs. Please note that although Timber Tones Ltd make every effort to ensure that stock levels are correct, from time to time and with fluctuating demand it may be possible for us to run out of stock items. Where this has occurred we will offer you suggestions for alternative products or make a full refund.
We will only despatch once an authorised payment has been made and it is only upon despatch that a contract is deemed to have been made. Timber Tones Ltd reserves the right to refuse acceptance of any order. Under such circumstances a refund will be made within 2 working days.
Pricing
All prices are in UK Pound Stirling as standard. Please note that the prevailing rate of UK VAT will be applied where appropriate.
Postage costs will be listed separately on the receipt and through out the shopping process.

Cancelling your order
In accordance with the Distance Selling Directive (2000) you may cancel your order at any time without reason within seven working days of delivery. Please ensure that the items are not used and are in the same condition that they were received in. In these circumstances please return the product to the address in the contact details retaining proof of postage. Postage costs for returning products will be born by the customer. A full refund will only be given upon receipt of an unused and undamaged product.
Refund Policy / Claims
In the event of breakages or damaged goods, Timber Tones must be contacted within 3 days of delivery. The goods are then to be returned to the contact address. along with proof of the postage costs for doing so. A full refund including postage costs to return the product will be given within 48 hours of the product beening received by us.
Product Images / Descriptions.
Timber Tones have made every effort to ensure that the images and descriptions on the web site accurately portray the product that you will receive, however as our products are made from natural materials there will be some differences between plectrums. If you are unhappy with the plectrum that you receive please return the product within 7 working days and we will offer you an alternative. Postage cost for the retuned products will under these circumstances be born by the customer.
Delivery Policy
All items currently in stock will be despatched within 48 hours of placing the order.
At checkout you will be asked to specify whether the products are to be shipped to the UK, Europe or the Rest of the World. Shipping prices vary between these regions.
All items are sent by Royal Mail First Class in the UK and by Airmail for International deliveries. Please be aware that at times these services can fluctuate having an impact upon the delivery time of your products. Royal Mail does not consider a letter or parcel lost until 15 working days after the due delivery date. For that reason we ask you to please wait until 20 working days after the order date before contacting us with regards to a product that has not been delivered. We cannot be held responsible for delays caused by third parties carrying out the deliveries.
Options for next day delivery in the UK and Tracked and Signed for International postage are also available,
Where the combined product value is greater than £20 in the UK or greater than £30 for all international countries the postage costs will be removed.
